In our marriage, I tend to rely on scripture more and draw comfort from it. This is so beneficial to our marriage as it helps me be a better wife, and I am able to provide scriptural wisdom to my husband and children when needed. Spiritual strength can be all that you need to prevent a marriage from collapsing.
God-Given Gifts:
Just as each member of the body of Christ possesses unique gifts, women too are bestowed with distinct talents and abilities. 1 Corinthians 12:4-6 highlights the diversity of gifts given by the Holy Spirit. Embracing these differences allows couples to complement each other, strengthening the bond and effectiveness of their partnership. Women may possess gifts of teaching, discernment, hospitality, or compassion that uniquely contribute to the spiritual growth of their families.
I have tested and know that I possess a gift of discernment. The gift of discernment is to perceive or understand something through the Spirit. For example the true character of people, and the meanings behind different spiritual occurrences.

In a Christian marriage, the husband and wife are called to walk TOGETHER as partners. They will complement each other's strengths and weaknesses. Rather than viewing differences as a source of division, couples can celebrate and support one another. Ephesians 5:21 encourages submission AND humility, recognizing the value of each spouse's contributions. A wife's spiritual strength can enhance the spiritual growth of her husband, and vice versa, fostering a harmonious and God-honoring relationship.
What this looks like will be different in every marriage. It is important to learn what your strengths are first and then learn how they complement each other.
